Ever since Max got on to those Little Einsteins, he has been hot for orchestral instruments. We got to take him to an instrument Petting Zoo at the Library Galleria in Sacramento. After an hour of touching, blowing and petting (all legal) the orchestra played a kid concert of three whole songs, including the Star Wars theme song (a treat for Dad too!).

We haven't caught it on camera yet, but Beanie has taken her first steps! (two) She stands for up to 1 whole minute and loves to stand up and fall back on to pillows (or her padded bottom). We can't wait to blog her toddling around the house. We'll keep you posted!
